Returns & Exchanges

Frank Summers Track Club accepts returns or exchanges only if an incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible, item(s) must be unused, and in its original condition—same form as received.
For all return inquiries, contact us and include your original order number so we can keep your request moving down the lane.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via the email provided at checkout to confirm receipt and status.
If approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days—back on track.

If we made the mistake and sent the wrong item, we’ll handle the correction—including shipping—and make it right.


Refunds

All sales are considered final.
Refunds and exchanges are only issued if the incorrect item was shipped.

If approved under those conditions, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment—no delays.


Cancellation Policy

At Frank Summers Track Club, orders move with pace—most are processed within 24–72 hours of purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately with the subject line:
“ORDER CANCELLATION”

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before it leaves the starting blocks.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
